Terrence R. "Terry" Holmes DORY LAKES, Colo. - Terrence R. "Terry" Holmes, 51, Dory Lakes, died Saturday, July 19, 1997, at his home. Mr. Holmes was born Sept. 20, 1945, at Salina, Kan., and was a Gilpin County resident since 1975. He was a Vietnam War Army veteran. He had been a heavy equipment mechanic at the Henderson Mine, Empire, and was operating his own business, A Nother Trucking Co., in Gilpin County. Survivors include his wife, Sharon of the home; his mother, Edith Holmes of Salina, Kan.; a sister, Patricia Thome of Pratt, Kan.; and a brother, Michael of Oklahoma City. A wake will be at 4:30 p.m. today at Crook's Palace in Black Hawk. The body was cremated. Hennigan Mortuary, 1443 Colorado Blvd., Idaho Springs 80452, is handling arrangements. |
